Our activities cover both the building and civil engineering sectors. It may be new construction, renovation, extension or fit-out projects, we cover all areas of the building construction industry We also have a lot of experience in park construction. Our decades of diversified experience in the construction industry allow us to undertake full project management as a general contractor.
Thanks to our comprehensive expertise involving all of the related specialist works, we are present in all sectors: we have completed industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare and community facilities in line with the requirements of the given era, appropriately respecting the specificity of historic buildings.

Our clientele includes companies, public institutions and municipalities, as well as churches and private individuals but we have significant experience in participating in consortiums as well. In addition to the capital, we also undertake projects as a main contractor in several cities in the country and even across the border.

All these are particularly important factors in optimising costs, as in such a cases - knowing the on-site installation requirements of the project - we can find the solution with the best value for money.

Our team of engineers is prepared for everything; from feasibility studies, through the preparation of building permit drawings and construction design documentations to handling official procedures and general construction. At the end, we manage the installation processes as well as the certificate of occupancy inspections of the facility.  

Our property development business focuses on urban development and creating homes. We realise both our own investments and investor ideas: from calculating the return on investment to turnkey construction and handover.

Our building operation business is responsible for the maintenance of buildings. We agree with our clients who believe that it is advisable to entrust the operation of the buildings to an operator who is familiar with the mechanical and electrical systems of the buildings, i.e. the contractor itself. We have decades of experience in the comprehensive property management of office buildings, public institutions, schools, hospitals, condominiums, hotels and other facilities. Full-scale property management includes the constant monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, alarms, access control and fire alarm systems as well as the maintenance of aesthetic standards in the case of properties we developed ourselves. In addition to technical operation, we also provide professional cleaning, security and 24-hour call centre services countrywide. We offer these services together with construction works and landscaping, but our clients are also free to choose them individually.
