Noel Polákovics - Junior electrician construction manager / Lat-Elektro Ltd.

Born in the year of the millennium, our young colleague started his school career at the Puskás Tivadar Telecommunications Technical School, then graduated at the Kandó Kálmán Faculty of Electrical Engineering with a degree in Building Automation. Throughout his university years, he diligently sought out opportunities for internships and thesis topics. In 2022, he started his real practice with LATEREX Construction Ltd, where he gained a deeper insight into construction and building automation.

After a mandatory internship at Lat-Elektro Ltd, he was given the opportunity to prove himself as a part-time on-site electrical field engineer and to gain more knowledge in the field of automation. He wrote his thesis on the automation of the BGE Library, which was being built at the time, with the help of our chief engineer István Péterfy.

After graduation, his first major task was the technical management of the Veszprém Development Centre, where he gained valuable experience in project management and construction management.

As Noel's career developed, so did his responsibilities. He is currently working as a junior electrical construction manager of the Esztergom Secondary grammar school and City Hall, which is a significant step forward in the field of architectural and engineering design. Noel's career path is an example of how perseverance and diligence can bring success in a professional life.
