• Our chief engineers are responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects. They ensure that deadlines are met, budgets are managed, suppliers are coordinated and the construction team is supervised.
• Our construction managers are responsible for choosing the right materials. They ensure that buildings comply with local building regulations and are responsible for the construction of structural elements and the technical management of the construction process.
• Our foremen are responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction process on site. They supervise the construction work, coordinate the workers and ensure proper work safety and quality.
• Our on-site engineers are responsible for the technical preparation of projects, as well as contributing to the preparation of cost estimates and post-project calculations, once the project is completed.
